I don't think I have a favorite. It just depends on what mood I'm in. But I believe the 68 was the quickest car I've had.

I know it's hard to choose when they are all so awesome... I just love the late 60s series muscle cars...

I was lucky enough to drive a lot of them when they were "new". Keep this in mind they were not as fast as you think. Tires and suspension were a real problem then. Now with all the new "tech" out there a 11 second 60s Muscle Car is not a big deal. Back in the 60s a 13 second vehicle was a BIG deal.:D


Even my set up would have been RACE TECH in the 60s.

My very FIRST run was 93 mph at 14.99. Damn I thought I was fast with that Hipo289.:laugh:

I did that in the cobra hopping all over the place and no traction on first of course ( Fontana) :bang:

My first time taking the Chevelle to Carlsbad Raceway back in the early 90's was a best of 14.01 at 99.
