I finished installing the main hoop tonight. Here are some pictures. I remembered to take them this time.

Great! I'm getting even more excited than when this project started. Are those your welds?

Yes. They have a little splatter but I haven't cleaned them up at all. It took me about 3 1/2 hours to install it and I just finished at 10:00pm so I didn't clean them up. I figure once I finish the entire thing we can clean up the splatter.

Some of that falls into the body work category so don't sweat it too much.

BTW, there's some anti-splatter spray that works pretty good to keep that stuff down to a minimum. The pics look pretty clean.

Maybe in a few weeks to a month or so, you'll get to start making your mark. Literally.

BTW, like your sig, though I'd go with the passive form: " Objects in the mirror have been punished."

WD40 does the same thing.;)

The cage looks good so far. You do nice work.
The dash is all coming out. Go wherever you need/is strongest. Maybe thru the firewall to tie in the front.
Are you putting swing outs for the front seat?

I'm not that good, I'm just making a standard 8 point roll bar. It should be plenty strong for our car and engine combo.
