As I recall, that 4-rotor motor put out like 400HP.

They call it a 6.4 liter rotary, but if measured to the same standard as contemporary rotaries (mazda 12a/13b) it would be roughly a 2.1 liter. Or if you measured a Mazda rotary to that standard you'd get a 3.9 liter 13b.

The most accurate way to measure/compare between piston engines in terms of specific output would be in displacement per revolution. Then a 13b would displace 2.6 liters and the corvette rotary would displace 4.2 liters.

You're the expert on gay, but I'll admit I wanted to heart it too. My guess is that at the time of shooting it didn't run or run very well. I've never heard this GM 4 rotor engine. It's gotta be kinda interesting.
