Man this section has been dead. Not a post in a month. No more monthly meet n drives?

Coming out of the Holiday dead season and I'm presently engaged in mortal combat on a Real Estate deal that blew up at the end of 2012, so a little pre-occupied and cash poor at the moment. But fear not. It shall return!

yeah I bought a house a couple of years ago and its killed my savings and a chunk of my retirement.

This is a deal that blew up. The sellers, who are clinically insane as far as I can tell, think our deposit belongs to them. So our ENTIRE down payment along with deposit, >$100k is now frozen in escrow. I'm not worried about losing anything, they're just grabbing at straws and hoping will cough up dough to get the bulk of our money out of escrow, but they suck a dick and die in a fire. The process of forcing their hand just takes a little while. . . .

That shit sucks man. I hope it all works out for ya buddy.

Let’s just make something up like last time; that was a fun little run. :)

Sounds good to me. If you or anyone have any ideas for another route or even the same, post it up. I'll see what I come up with too. We'll make it the February run.
