Really nice Kia.

Never thought I'd say those words. A RWD 2+2 with a 275+hp Turbo 4 = win.

They will aim this coupe directly at the Audi TT(Peter Schreyer's KIA TT), so don't expect a V8 engine or even a V6. If you're wanting that in a coupe, there's the Hyundai's Genesis Coupe.

Possible options:
RWD/AWD
8-speed automatic

Possible engines:
Theta II
2.4L GDI (200hp/200lb-ft)
2.0L GDI-Turbo (291hp/302lb-ft)

Type-R Diesel
2.2L TDI (210hp/320lb-ft)

Looks like a baby R8.

I like it. I really like Kia's new front grill design as well. Hynudia and Kia are putting out some good looking cars right now. Shannon has an '06 Santa Fe and short of it being a little too small of an SUV on the inside it is a pretty nice vehicle.

It looks like an Audi to me. Definitely not a bad thing. If you're going to borrow a design style from someone, you might as well borrow from one of the best :)

Rumors are coming out now that Kia is working on their own version of an MX-5. The more roadsters, the better and I look forward to Kia's new image.

I'd drive it.

Drive what suits your desires. For me, that's still a thundering and frankly kinda clumsy C3 Vette I've attempted to turn into something it's not really up to being. . . still a hoot though. A turbo porsche would be up on my list of maybe plausible cars I could get some day . . . a Koeniggsegg if something strange happens and I end up with real money. What Kia and Hyundai are doing is impressive and pushing a pretty high value curve of style, performance, reliability and so on. Importantly they're doing it by being a fairly highly internationalized company.

Thats great, what suits my desires is not a Korean car :)

930 Slant nose will definitely be in my stable some day
