Gas Turbine

Someday I'd like to an electric project car. Probably we'll start with something pretty well understood. But I'd like to maybe bypass the minor detail of a heavy battery pack and do something interesting. I don't know, maybe a small gas turbine, tiny battery pack bridged with a super capacitor.

Between electricity and a CNG powered gas turbine, the hippie tree huggers outta love it.

How about a twin turbo electric/turbine hybrid that runs on E85?
