Need bolt stretch gauge

Someone have one I can borrow? The Howard MSA 100 rod bolts are rated in stretch, not torque. So anyone have one I can borrow?

I have one...it was only 25.00 when I got it

They are now $100-125 for a decent one. The ARP one is $268 :bang:
