They call it a 6.4 liter rotary, but if measured to the same standard as contemporary rotaries (mazda 12a/13b) it would be roughly a 2.1 liter. Or if you measured a Mazda rotary to that standard you'd get a 3.9 liter 13b.
The most accurate way to measure/compare between piston engines in terms of specific output would be in displacement per revolution. Then a 13b would displace 2.6 liters and the corvette rotary would displace 4.2 liters.
