The eaton blowers will not overpower the stock crank so you will have room to grow. I think you may be a little conservative on your hp estimates.

My I have a few friends from digital corvettes in AZ with eaton/TVS

LS1 W/1900 ~485 rwhp
LS2 W/1900 ~550 rwhp
I'm not sure yet if i have any damage on my crank, so i'm planing for the worst case ( i could fix the problem for less then 1000$) but thats still stock crap

I got a quote for 6200$ for:

*Callies forged crank
*Forged rod's
*Diamond pistons
*Comp lifters
*Custom cam
*Head Studs
*Seals and other odd's and ends

(thanks sean for the CMS Info)

This setup will be rock solid for the power that I would be makeing. But I would like to make a bit more , between 500 and 550 at the wheels

If I go the 402 route i'll be blower limtied but i would still make a ton of power, and i'll make even more when i upgrade to a bigger blower. But all that is costly.

I could always forge it then add a 50 shot and call it a day
