Yep, I use those (under 500 hp) and the 7/16 cap screw rods- for over 500hp and over 7,000 rpm. Have the 7/16s in the Vette's 400. They were so pretty.
I have alway been a fan for cap screws instead of bolts since I saw my first Ford FE 427 Le Mans rod (still have it hanging on the wall) way back when. It justs has better cap retention =-Better way of doing it.
