Nobody has a read on whether this weekend is going go off relatively smoothly, or be a giant cluster fuck. I've heard several people say "I'll just take side streets around the area". Yeah, you're the only one who thought of that. (A scooter is a great idea.) I will say that if it dips into monday during the day, it will be apocolyptic.
Of course the $12,000/hour fine for being late will probably help to keep things on schedule.
