If the students don't want to learn and the teachers aren't allowed to dicipline, then all we can do is watch illiterate students graduate and make commercials that are grammatically incorrect. Thank the liberals and the teachers union, who make it almost impossible to fire incompetent teachers. Look at the Washington D.C. schools. The highest paid teachers and the students have about a 50% drop-out rate.
