The crazy part was that I hadn't been speeding, tailgating, or anything else that would have provoked his blocking. Heck most of that day I had been getting out of other people's way since I had my mother in the car who can't stand twisty roads.

I had a similar issue ACH except it was a BMW, he must have passed 100 turnouts and refused to pull over, I finally just turned right down Angeles Forest Hwy to get rid of him
