Went on the Angeles Crest Drive last weekend and meet a few people. I have an orange 2006 corvette, 94 trans am gt, 85 iroc and my wife drives an 05 g35. I also put a pic of my old cbr1000rr. Look forward to meeting people and doing some cruise.
We'll be firing up some more cruises this year for sure once I get my Vette back on line here shortly. Other members can and do put up and/or organize their own events as the mood strikes. It's a small, but knowledgeable and fun group here. Peace.

Well, numero uno is *probably* cam bearings. Dos is clutch that doesn't always disengage in a predictable manner. Then a bunch of odds and ends. It's an 82 I've pretty substantially modified with an LS based engine, T56, etc. When it's running, which has been most of the time after the mods, it's a hoot. Pretty fast like a modern car, not bad handling, but otherwise pretty raw and manual feeling.
A couple years back one of our users had a G37 TT, everything top of the line. It was a gorgeous show winning >500WHP DD. This was during the economic crisis and I think he ended up selling it for < $30k.

ls six speed c3 sounds bad ass. I have seen alot of ls swaps but never a c3. Is bad cam bearings common, I can't say I hear about it on the LS motors.

Unfortunately too common

There's probably less than 10 in the world if I had to guess. I only remember two others off hand. Mine is almost certainly the one and only CA referred swap if I had to guess. Basically you have to be a masochist.
