To some people 100 mph is way too fast. It is all subjective.

That's the way I feel too. My grandfather's 335i is "only" a mid to low 13 second car, but it still feels fast to me.

14.0-14.99
My vette was fast with 185hp, it beat a 95 Mustang GT with 220 hp... also a fast car. SRT4s with average drivers are always mid 14s, those cars are fast too.
15 -16 would be average, while low 15s still is on the faster side. Once you get into the 17s you're slow. I think stock 4cyl Rangers are in the 17s.
...Most of the cars on this forum screw up your perception. Most of our cars are ridiculous. Even a stock Corvette is ridiculous. Up until 2005ish 400hp was an extremely impressive number.

This is only valid if you believe that a 2v mustang is fast. They suck. They are supper boring. You are looking at it from a factory car point of view, but being a Motorsports website I look at it from an enthusiast point of view. Kids think eg civics are fast does that make them fast?

Yeah the si civics are kind of fast. Borderline average fast. But no, thinking something is fast doesn't make it objectively fast, it does make it subjectively fast though... which is the nature of this thread.
I get your point though. From an enthusiast point of view I would say 13-13.99 is fast. Sean's Camaro ran a 13.42? I think, and it was fast. 13 second cars start to hold you back in the seat and they feel fast to me.
