It's coming out in California early next year. A bunch of the Ferrari guys have already put down deposits. Pretty cool for what it does, and if they can really get 300+ mpg, that's damn impressive.

It's cool something like this is coming into production. There was a GM project in the 80s called Saturn (later to become the Saturn company through some relationship I don't remember). Anyway, it got 100mpg in its prototype form, but couldn't get the mpg when all the safety stuff was added for production runs. I wonder if Aptera is skirting the issue by being a boutique small unit-manufacturer . .

Haha, that is what i was hoping the "future" would look like pre-2000, im glad we finally are getting around to what the movies have been promising for so long
