Default Next Ferrari Supercar 794hp and 2844lbs

Supposedly this letter leaked out from Ferrari regarding there next supercar. It's supposed to have a twin turbo V8 with 794hp and 570 ft-lb of torque. It's also going to have a 7-speed paddle shift transmission capable of making shifts in 50ms. The best part is that the weight is supposed to be only 2844 lbs, which would make it about 400lbs less than the Enzo. If this is all true, it's going to be one hell of a car. Who knows though, the letter could be totally fake

The guys on Ferrari Chat say it's a fake. Still, it would be awesome if the specs panned out...

I don't see Ferrari putting out a production V8 TT. Much less in a car that light, but hells yeah that would be cool.

And I don't see Ferrari foolishly writing a letter with all the details to their upcoming, badass car...

You might be surprised about the occasionally dumb stuff that goes on within a company. I know a product planner who once accidentally faxed his two year business plan to a main competitor. It's funny . . . now.

Ferrari is known for their high reving small displacement smooth refined motors, forced induction is out of character for them.

I think it was simply one of those looked up the wrong number from the Rolodex in a hurry and realized after it was too late. This happened before my time.
