When my wife turned 21 we went there with my parents, my brother and her sisiter and spent the weekend riding all the roller coasters. There is also a huge rock climbing wall some where that we did that was a lot of fun.

That was 13 years ago. If I remember correctly it was on the east side of Las Vegas Blvd just north of the MGM grand near the M&M store.

Sounds like a great opportunity to start drinking and gambling more seriously.

There's several excellent installed shows. Stuff I like is:
CIRQUE DU SOLEIL
Blue Man Group

There are many top class restaurants and spas now too.

If you do want to take a spin at the tables, I'd avoid Black Jack. It can break you . . . fast. Craps is the best game in town for odds and for pacing yourself, but is a little complicated. If you know how to play Poker, there are low dollar options.

Strippers there give fully nude lap dances, unlike out here. Do a google search. There are sites that give reviews of the best strip clubs for the money.

The Mesa Grill would be high on my list of places to try.

There are several within the Wyn itself.

Not so inexpensive though. . .

Fuck the Wynn, i went to their buffet a few months ago, ive had better buffets in vegas that didnt cost the $100 plus that it cost there mediocre food for Wynn prices, but i like the looks of the mesa grill, thanks for the ideas keep em coming
